A week passed from the order was placed, but it was not delivered yet. The company do not answer my emails on the issue.

  I’m sorry you haven’t received your package. You order was shipped out the very next day and once it leaves our store, we have no control over the delivery. The postal system has told me that they are understaffed nation wide, which they are working on correcting, so deliveries are running behind. As for answering your email you sent me a couple hours ago, I have been taking care of customers and hadn’t had a chance to sit down long enough to answer your email.
