The items arrived quickly. I like the care taken with the packaging and none of my items were damaged.
The reason for only 4 stars is that directions included are hard to follow. If there could be a hands on demonstration (like youtube) I think it would be helpful.
I like the products that Glass house store and I will purchase more items. Thanks for taking the time to create the beveled kits make it a lot easier us left brain people
